Its decent base for visiting some must see attractions in Cavtat. After the arrival, we met owner, who was friendly! Liked that we where upgraded to a seaview room. 100% recommend for price/quality.

The quality, good value. It was NICE to have a balcony in the room. It's 5 mins walk to the centre.
